This 15-minute sauna session is your moment to recharge, shake off the cold, and get ready for more Downtown Winterval magic. This activation is completely free for festival attendees. Sessions run every 20 minutes with a short transition window in between. Drop in, warm up, and continue exploring the city feeling refreshed and re-energized.

Reserve your spot below by picking a time that works for you, and meet us at the Bliss Mobile Sauna on November 22 at the Winterval festival grounds (104 Street, north of Jasper Avenue). No swimsuit needed. Enjoy the sauna in your light winter layers or comfortable clothing. Just bring your water bottle, your crew, and the mood to unwind for a few minutes.
